The Distance Selling Act applies to all purchases via seiseta-online.nl or seiseta.nl. After making the purchase, the buyer has the option of returning/cancelling the product 14 working days after delivery of the product. The product must be returned unused in its original packaging, with the buyer paying the postage costs, as well as the risk that sending by post entails. The date of return shipment must be within 14 working days. If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase, he must inform Lisap or Seiseta by e-mail.

After receipt of the article, the purchase amount, minus the postage, will be refunded to the buyer within 14 working days on the account with which the order was initially paid.
